Shariati: The implementation of the law of the Seventh Plan of the defining road map of the Ministry of Petroleum will be determined. The government and the future minister have no independent plan outside of this law, and their executive priorities are defined within this law. These priorities include reforming the financial relations of the National Oil Company, reforming the structure of the Ministry of Petroleum and activating the Energy Steering Headquarters. On this basis, the proposed oil minister must have complete and rapid expertise in the field of energy, the rule of law and the ability to immediately implement the tasks of Plan G.
