Abolghasempoor: Persepolis did not cooperate regarding the consequences of the Bipoma case, said the CEO of Esteghlal Khuzestan club in an interview with Tasnim: One of the central axes of our protest is the negotiation and signing of a contract between Persepolis club and a player who was under contract with Esteghlal Khuzestan club at that time, without the necessary information, coordination, or approval from our club. Another issue is the unjustified termination of the contract by the player and the suspension of his contractual obligations. Also, the issue of inciting and luring the player under club contract and signing a contract with him without respecting the rights of the original club is one of the other axes taken into account in our complaint. Before any legal action, we gave the Persepolis club officials enough opportunity to solve the problem through negotiation and interaction, but unfortunately this opportunity was not taken into account. It should be clearly stated that if any violations are found as a result of the investigation by the competent authorities, and punishments such as financial fines, player suspensions, or disciplinary sanctions are imposed on Persepolis club, the responsibility for the decisions and actions leading to these consequences will lie with the officials and decision-makers at Persepolis club. We tried to resolve the matter through interaction before the case reached this stage, but this opportunity was lost.
