Al-Ain head coach: Tractor is a quality team; Get ready for a tough game Vladimir Ievich: We respect the opponent. Tractor is a quality team and we know this team. Get ready for a tough game and the players are ready. We have a lot of motivation to get back to winning ways and we need to put all our strength on the pitch to get the three points. A good team in front of us and we have a difficult task to get three points. We are a team that has invested a lot in youth and we are trying to bring these players to the main team. We have to understand that mature and young players are sometimes different. They need time.
