Egyptian star Mohamed Salah led his Turkish club Trabzonspor to victory over Scottish visitors Hearts with two unanswered goals on Thursday at Babar Park Stadium in the second round of the Europa League.

Salah scored his side's first goal from a free-kick, before assisting Guinea team-mate Francolin Djou's second goal to give Trabzonspor their second straight win in the continental competition.

With this victory, the Turkish side took their tally to 6 points from two wins, temporarily occupying fourth place on goal difference behind Greek leaders Panathinaikos, while Hearts' score was frozen at one point in 24th place.
