The Hand Rajab Foundation for Human Rights called on the US Department of Justice to prosecute an Israeli officer suspected of involvement in the killing of the Palestinian girl Hand Rajab in the Gaza Strip in 2024.
The Brussels-based organization said the official, Sean Glass, is now in the United States and moving freely, and is calling on American authorities to take action to investigate the case.
The organization suggested that Glass was the person who issued the order to shoot at the vehicle in which Hind Rajab was, noting that there is ample evidence to support this suspicion.
Natasha Barak, who is in charge of the case at the foundation, for her part said that the evidence in the case is "serious and very comprehensive", and called on the US Department of Justice to open an immediate investigation.
