The agreement is based on Article 51 of the United Nations Charter and states that any armed militant attack directed at one of the three countries is considered an attack directed against all parties.

The nature of the response can be determined based on the request and needs of the attacked country, and it could be intelligence, logistical or ammunition support, and it could also be greater military support depending on the size of the threat.

Based on this, it would not be correct to develop in advance an automatic military scenario for any possible event that may occur in Iraq, Yemen or anywhere else.
