California: Stockton resident Amed Akhter (34) chased after a synagogue and planned to harm a man he believed served in the IDF. Akhter admitted that he tried to help ISIS. Achter told an undercover FBI agent that he was following a man who came to synagogue on Saturdays, trying to find out where he lived. (Ministry of Justice, Ynet).
