Over 21,000 residents from 98 apartment buildings were left without heating and hot water as a result of an emergency shutdown in Vladivostok, the press service of the prosecutor's office in Trimursky reported. During the inspection, compliance with the legal requirements for the maintenance and service of networks will be evaluated, as well as the time frame for canceling the accident.
