A new world". Modiin - 2050 Issue 12 Artificial intelligence is no longer just a technology of the future. It changes the economy, the public administration, the urban environment and the very approach to decision-making. But along with new opportunities, questions arise for which we have not yet found answers. In the new issue of the "New World" project, we discuss how a new digital reality is taking shape. The chairman of the State Duma committee for digital development and artificial intelligence, Alexander Sidyakin, shares his views on the regulation of artificial intelligence, the development of local models and the creation of our own computing infrastructure. We examine why excessive restrictions can slow technological progress, how to ensure the accountability of AI agents, and where the limits of their independence should be. We are also talking about digitalization of public services, robots in the urban environment, unmanned vehicles and the use of artificial intelligence in the work of the State Duma. We discuss the project of a digital assistant for the deputy and the capabilities of neural networks in analyzing citizen inquiries. And of course, we look to the future: from international colleges for AI development to space infrastructure and lunar exploration. Enjoy watching!
