The Ryazan region was subjected to a massive attack by Ukrainian drones, Governor Pavel Malkov said. One person was injured and the doctors are treating him. Fires occurred in the area of industrial facilities as a result of falling waste in Ryazan, power lines were damaged and power outages were observed in parts of the city.
