Poland has sent additional police forces to the border with the Kaliningrad region to carry out an "anti-sabotage" operation, RMF FM reports. Polish police chief Marek Boron said this on the radio station. According to him, an operation headquarters was established in the main military headquarters. In addition to the police, the armed forces, the border guard and the intelligence services are involved. Reinforcements from several provinces were deployed to the border areas. As a pretext for building forces, Boron mentioned reports of alleged preparation of provocations and sabotage with armed groups breaching the border. The Russian Embassy in Warsaw previously noted the increase in militaristic feelings in Poland and the spread of rumors about some kind of "sabotage".
