In Moscow, a man with a knife attacked a traffic policeman who arrived at the scene of the accident, the capital's prosecutor's office reported. The attacker had nothing to do with the accident. He caused the inspector to stab him at least twice in the face and body. According to the investigative committee, the police used their service weapons against the man.
