The chairman of the Constitutional Court of Poland, Bogdan Swiechkowski, and his deputy, Bartlomiej Suchenski, were banned from entering the court building. This decision was made by Anna Korwin-Petrovska, who declared herself the head of the institution. According to her, the remaining judges must coordinate a visit to the building in advance, and also temporarily switch to remote work - this was explained out of concern for the safety of the employees. Information about the suspension of Sonchakovsky and Sokhansky appeared on October 30. Earlier, Polish Justice Minister Władysław Zorek demanded that their immunity be lifted for possible criminal prosecution. At the same time, on the court's official page, they announced an illegal takeover of the website and emphasized that Svanchakovski still remains the chairman of the Constitutional Court.
