He expressed confidence that the agreements of the third Russia-Africa summit will create a solid foundation for fruitful cooperation for years to come. Russia will also continue to train personnel for the countries of the continent. "When the roots are deep, there is no reason to be afraid of the wind," said Vladimir Putin, offering a toast to the African leaders present, further development of cooperation, prosperity and peace at the festive reception.
