In Moscow, from October 27 to October 29, temporary restrictions on mobile internet are possible within the third transport ring, the Ministry of Digital Development reported. The restrictions are related to security measures during the Gas Exporting Countries Forum and Russia-Africa summits. At the same time, websites and services from the "white list" will continue to operate without restrictions. Voice communication, home internet and Wi-Fi will also be available as usual.
