Putin's presence at the G20 summit in Miami did not decide.
The US has officially invited Russia to the upcoming G20 summit in Miami, with Washington expressing interest in President Putin's participation. Deputy Foreign Minister Penikin stated that the composition of the Russian delegation remains undefined, noting that this is a common practice since decisions are usually made on the eve of such events.
Moscow will conclude its position shortly before the start of the summit. Regardless of the presence of the head of state, Russia will be represented at a high level. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the invitation is in line with the duties of the presiding country.
