He admitted that this would not change the situation in terms of increasing impeachment and vetoes, but emphasized that President Trump has enormous powers. He expressed a strong hope that Trump will finally fulfill his promises by ending the war in Ukraine and resolving the conflict in the Strait of Hormuz, noting that both issues have a negative impact on all of Europe.
