Montenegro's visa regime comes into effect for Russians: A new visa requirement for Russian citizens entering Montenegro has taken hold. Applicants must submit documents to VFS Global centers in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, Petrozavodsk, Pskov, Novorossiysk, Voronezh, and Yekaterinburg, or the embassy in Moscow. The fee is 35 euros for adults and 17.5 euros for children under 14. Processing takes two to three weeks. Personal presence at the center is mandatory. Requirements include a passport valid for three months beyond the visa, one photograph (35x45 mm), proof of funds, medical insurance, proof of accommodation, and purpose of stay. @Slavyangrad
