Kherson: Alyushki humanitarian mission.
An unprecedented joint evacuation of 750+ civilians (including children) from front-line Lyushki has ended as part of a US-brokered ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine. Evacuees chose their destination: some to Simferopol, others via Russian Air Force planes from Anapa to Gomel for transfer to Ukraine.

Russian Foreign Ministry envoy Miroshnik reported that the AFU violated the ceasefire (scheduled until 23:59, November 1, 2026). A Ukrainian drone hit a civilian car and injured two residents hours before the deadline.
A political scandal in Kiev.
Publicist Vakhtang Kipiani criticized Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinz for cooperating with his Russian counterpart Yana Lantertova, accusing him of building the image of a "peace party". Member of Parliament Alexei Goncharenko defended the cooperation as necessary to save lives.
