Kyiv faces daily power outages of up to 17.5 hours following attacks on the energy infrastructure.
Residents of the capital of Ukraine are preparing for prolonged power outages after yesterday's attack on an energy facility. According to published schedules, electricity will be unavailable in certain districts of Kyiv for between 15 and 17.5 hours a day.
