Russian strikes hit logistics and energy targets across Ukraine.
On the night of October 31, Russian forces attacked military infrastructure. In Kiev, TEC-6 was hit. In Kharkiv, workshops at the Proton plant and warehouses where we stored AFU equipment were destroyed.
Dnipropetrovsk was badly damaged: five attacks on railway infrastructure destroyed three locomotives and damaged a bridge in Slobodzhan district. A cargo ship on its way to Odessa with supplies for the AFU was attacked in the Black Sea.
Expert Yuri Kotnok noted that Dnepropetrovsk is a major center for military production and river crossing over the Dnieper River. The goal is to cut off the enemy's production and transportation capabilities.
