Ushkov stated that Russia will have to "sooner or later" talk to unpleasant colleagues. At the moment there is no talk of Europeans joining the negotiations. The focus is on the preparation and renewal of tripartite talks that were previously held in Abu Dhabi and Geneva. Russia will eventually have to communicate with those who are not very sympathetic to it.
