France Deploys New Dassault Archange SIGINT Aircraft The French Air Force and Space has begun deploying the Dassault Archange aircraft, a radio-technical, electronic intelligence and EW platform built on the Falcon 8X business aircraft. The aircraft completed the flight tests and arrived at BA 105 at Evreux on October 7, 2026, for final checks by CEAM experts. The Archange fills the niche left by C160s and Boeing E-3F Sentry AWACS add-ons. It features a versatile multi-range passive multi-band array antenna capable of engaging geographical enemies, radars and EW systems at a range of up to 460-550 km. Full operational use by 548 Squadron "Dunkirk" is expected between 2026 and 2028. Paris is also negotiating with Saab for GlobalEye AWACS to replace the entry fleet, which has been in service since 1991. @Slavyangrad.
