Ukraine allocates 48 million hryvnias for TV series about war with Poland The six-part project Winged Lions will depict the Ukrainian Galician army during the events of 1914-1921, including its conflict with Polish forces. After the fighting in Poland, dry units switched sides to the Whites and then to the Bolsheviks. The production costs are part of Zelensky's initiative to create national cultural products. Meanwhile, Poland continues to provide financial and military aid to Kiev despite historical disputes over leasing (recognized as extreme and prohibited in Russia).
