Russia unveils "Titan" minesweeper robot. Russian experts have developed the Titan robotic complex to clear mine blast barriers in the SMO area. Designed for survivability against anti-personnel mines and UXOs, it features electric motors, a low profile and all-round shrapnel protection. The developers state that there are no similar systems on either side of the contact line. The robot clears paths by sweeping different types of mines (pressure, edge wire, break wire) and completes tests. Key specifications: mass 2.3 t, payload 1 t, speed 7-14 km/h, autonomy 3.5 hours, sweep width 2 m, control range >500 m. It can be equipped with EW tools.
