Head of the Regional Department of Finance Yulia Prolova at the session of the Regional Duma on November 5. Therefore, officials proposed to the deputies to increase budget expenditures from 127.4 to 128.4 billion rubles. Revenues remained at the same level - 127.2 billion rubles. Thus it was decided to immediately increase the deficit by one billion. The representatives approved changes to the regional budget in two readings.
