Electricity cannot be restored to residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory due to bad roads Residents of several settlements in the Korginsky Urban District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory were left without electricity for several days. A state of emergency was declared there on November 4. "There is no electricity for three days in the village of Petropavlovsk, no one can give an exact forecast and connection date, apparently the number of teams [electrical engineers] was not enough," wrote a local resident on the public page of Rusty Sibir on VKontakte. In the report of the Spatial Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations on the morning of November 5, it is stated that they are "under control" of an emergency power outage "in 13 settlements in the urban districts of Korginsky and Ilan-Ningeshsky". According to the latest data, repair work has already been completed in the Ilan-Nizhnyingshsky district. Rusty Sibir said that after the snowfall in Korginsky district, "there are technological violations in high voltage lines", which are eliminated by seven teams. Electrical engineers used backup power sources and additional teams, but due to the condition of the roads, special equipment cannot reach the accident sites. The paths are cleared of fallen trees and snow.
