The bear was found sleeping on the sofa in the village of Tomsk. A bear broke into a private house in the village of Nagotka in the Tomsk region and tore open a refrigerator in search of food. At that time the owner was not at home. The next morning, the woman's relatives, who came to turn on the stove, found a bear sleeping on the sofa. "He turned everything there, took out the window and broke everything. He chewed through the fridge: he must have found something edible. He turned around like that. He took the pictures," said the head of the Tolparovsky rural settlement, Ludmila Gavrilova. "And as he ran over there and pulled at everything, even the TV turned on. "Then, apparently, he ate a snack and went to sleep on the couch." The animal was shot.
