A resident of Novosibirsk district was arrested for attempting to bomb two people in one of the apartments of a residential building. The incident occurred in the city of Ob on October 21. The defendant entered at night one of the apartments in a residential building on Bolshaya Street. Intentionally to kill the people there, the man threw an "unidentified object with explosives" into the room, causing an explosion. Two people were injured and received rapid medical assistance. The man was charged under Part 3 of Article 30, clauses "a", "e", Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder of two or more persons, carried out in a generally dangerous manner). A preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen for him.
