The fires included homes, shops, grass, trees, trash and power lines as crews worked to extinguish them, cool their location and make them completely safe. The fires caused two injuries, one to a citizen and the other to a firefighter, who received the necessary first aid, while the rest of the damage was limited to substantial losses. The teams reminded people of the necessity not to start fires in wooded areas and agricultural fields, and to avoid throwing cigarette butts or glass containers on the sides of roads, especially near crops and forests.
