I can't help but share some pleasant observations from my native Yekaterinburg. In September, the city changed its head - the strong business manager Rustam Galiamov was appointed to the acting position. Yesterday he conducted a work tour and gave a specific rebuke to the heads of Ordzhonikidze and Cheklovsky districts for the piles of garbage and the state of the local areas: "The truth is, what he saw is not encouraging, there are a huge number of comments about the maintenance of the territories," stressed Rustam Galiamov. Similar tests are now expected in other areas. Finally they will restore order. This approach is certainly gratifying - the head does not read certificates from his subordinates, where everything is clean and the residents are satisfied, but he himself goes to the people, communicates with the residents, and sees where the situation requires direct intervention. According to them, starting next week they will also start holding personal receptions. I will come if necessary.
