The "Real Estate Platform" and its relationship with the Prime Minister's family.
Are we facing a conflict of interest or just a commercial coincidence?
Information and documents we obtained reveal that the "real estate platform" is owned by the National Information Technology Company, its file number is (69536), and is registered in the name of Alaa Shaghati Kadim al-Zaidi, the cousin and brother-in-law of Prime Minister Ali Falah Kadim al-Zaidi.
It is worth noting that the records also indicate the existence of a partnership between them in the "National Holding Company for Glass Industries/Private Joint Stock Company", file number (66657), in addition to:
▪️ Raad Hassan Abbas al-Zalmi.
▪️ Hassan Falih Kazem Al-Zaidi.
▪️ Hamed Falah Kazem Al-Zaidi.
And here the inevitable questions begin:
How does a company related to the prime minister's relatives arrive with such sensitivity to a project related to the real estate sector? To whom is the decision to award these jobs? Was the contract concluded in accordance with legal frameworks and without any conflict of interest? The platforms and programs linked to official real estate transactions are not a commercial project awarded to a private company; it directly relates to ownership files, land registration and judicial transactions. These files are supposed to be subject to the supervision of the Ministry of Justice, land registration and notary departments and in accordance with clear legal procedures.
Therefore, we are submitting this information and documents to the Supreme Judicial Council and the Federal Integrity Commission to review and investigate the nature of ownership, partnerships and contracts, and to determine whether there is a conflict of interest or illegal benefit.
We will not judge instead of judging, but ask: who gave? Why was it awarded? And for whom? On what legal basis?
