Central Bank of Iraq: The user of the prepaid card (issued by companies) will have the right to make purchases through sales points outside of Iraq in an amount up to the equivalent of 5,000,000 Iraqi dinars per day, provided that the amount does not exceed 5 million Iraqi dinars per month.
