The Islamic Navy of Iran's Revolutionary Guards issued a warning via VHF marine communication channel 16 to six ships anchored approximately 16.5 nautical miles northwest of Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates. The ships were asked to lift their anchors, leave the area immediately and proceed to the ships' docking area in Dubai.
