🔻Effective date and retroactive effect: cancel the retroactive application of the law from the date of the fatwa (13/6/2014) with its broader financial applications and make the new law effective only from the date of its publication.

🔻 Dealing with natural disasters and crises: erasing the jurisdiction and assigning the task of dealing with natural disasters and crises (such as floods, sinkholes and earthquakes) to the authority.

🔻 Licensing of special pages: deletion and reduction of the scope of the extended pages that included Hajj, Umrah and marriage leaves.

Structural consolidation of the authority: does not include specific configurations within the new structure, such as:

Voluntary Service Department

Department for Combating Intellectual Terrorism

The contract manager

Military court for disposing of funds

General Engineer Company

🔻 General goals and tasks: shortening and reducing the goals from 9 goals and 14 tasks (which included protection of the political system and the constitution, protection of water, airspace and infrastructure) to only 5 goals and 8 tasks. 🔻Extension of service age and retirement: Cancellation and restriction of the powers to extend service after reaching the legal age (which was up to 3 years for Mujahid with the approval of the commanding general), as well as canceling the postponement of the application of the retirement age for a period of 5 years for commanders of commanders and above.
