The Criminal Court in Karah handed down a death sentence against the convicted, Muhammad Abd al-Majid Khalaf al-Tai, the murderer of Brigadier General Hisham Muhammad Talaa and Commissioner Khaled Abbas Lafta, for the offense of targeting them while serving in the Dora area, south of Baghdad.
