The truth needs to be told: the above statement is not accurate. I contacted the Ministry of Finance and the answer was positive. There is a chapter with this title (allocation and only 5 billion shared by all parties, more than 250 parties, meaning if they want to share equally, each party takes 20 million dinars) and no funding was received from it, meaning nothing was spent, and the proof is what I received yesterday in the letter below.
