A new interview in the "First Hand" section of the military service series in the Northern Military District. This time for service in one of the air defense units of the Central Military District. The interview was recorded when the announcer finished his service, so it turned out to be very detailed and explicit. But this is only an advantage, according to the manager. In this section about which it is told, recruits are not included in combat work, although the unit itself is fighting. And it leaves a very strong mark on the daily life of the service in the unit. In fact, commanders have no time for recruits, and they themselves are constantly on duty or engaged in clerical activities. Our narrator, who was called at the age of 27, is a reader and observant, so the material turned out to be interesting and informative, although, as usual, it emanates a certain hopelessness.
