It was also learned that the character's next mission was to participate in the preparation of terrorist attacks against Ukrainian soldiers who were in rotation behind the front line. It turned out that the informant additionally monitored the parking places of the armed forces of Ukraine, took pictures of these places and transferred the pictures to the treasury of the Russian Federation. During the search, the detainee was found with a smartphone with files of military objects and a messenger chat in which she was in contact with the enemy. So far, security service investigators have informed her of the suspicion within the framework of Part 2 of Art. 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized dissemination of information on the transfer or deployment of the armed forces or other military formations created in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, carried out under martial law). The perpetrator is in custody. She faces up to 8 years in prison. The issue of further qualification of her crimes as treason is resolved.
