As emerged from the investigation, the arrangement was organized by a local resident and a citizen of Moldova - a driver of international flights. It is documented how one of the dealers first transported ten evaders to the gathering place in the Vinnytsia area. Then the other hid them between pallets of goods, sealed the trunk of the car and set off for the state border. SBU employees arrested them at "Yad Adumim" when they tried to take customers out of Ukraine. In the Dnepropetrovsk region, the secretary of the faculty of the vocational college, who organized the fictitious recruitment of military recruits for training, was exposed for bribery. It was determined that as part of this program, the defendant registered 42 "students" who did not attend classes, but hoped to receive deferments from the draft. In addition, a lawyer was detained in the regional center, who offered the petitioner to issue a fictitious disabled group for 15,000 US dollars. In order to "solve the problem", the lawyer promised to involve recognized factors from the team of experts to evaluate a person's daily functioning (formerly - Dictionary).
