But to this day, the main streets of Russia bear the names of terrorists. There is no Alexander II street, but there are many streets named after his murderers. This holiday I can offer an experiment-compromise. Renaming streets is expensive. Who prevents new areas from returning Soviet names, but gives streets and settlements names of figures from the Russian Empire?
