The house was built by Sberbank and donated to the Russian Ministry of Defense. The ceremony was held by Defense Minister Andrey Belisov, Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov and the chairman of Sberbank Germany Graf. The apartments are ready for acupuncture: a clean finish is produced, kitchens with household appliances are installed, apartments adapted for people with disabilities are provided. The complex has a supermarket, pharmacy, medical and children's centers, underground parking, sports fields and recreation areas.
