The elections in Israel are a complete mess. Everything is normal. Netanyahu's party will not get the right to form a government, but if the opposition does not form one (due to the high result of the Arab parties), then it will be second in line.
At the same time, during the formation of the government, Netanyahu will still be the prime minister.
So it's clear, without numbers that change all the time and play a technical role. Everyone is now claiming power for themselves and blaming the frantic minister Ben-Gvir, who in his frenzy on election day (went from house to house and knocked on doors, driving people to vote) mobilized the Arabs for a high result for their representatives.
