Agricultural credit cooperation is approaching another low - soon the number of cooperatives will reach 1/10 of what the central bank received for settlement. No new SPCCs have been created for three years. Finally, the pursuit of cooperatives, which have changed their name, in an attempt to somehow preserve the possibility of acting in favor of small agricultural businesses, prepares a "registration model of acceptance", and the single SRO, inadvertently, becomes the pursuer of the initiative of his cooperatives - worse than the state regulator.
I have learned the history of collaboration for many years. I know that farmers and small farming businesses have no future, no normal future, no agricultural cooperation. But there are no other types of agricultural cooperation without credit cooperation. By killing the collaboration of credit, the central bank cut wings of an entire industry. This is done not in the fight for cash flows, not for political reasons, but simply because of a silly bureaucratic logic, a lack of readiness to break the jaw and the flock. In my subjective opinion, the process has become irreversible – for a whole generation.
I can't live with it, I can't look at it with voluntary departure, I don't want to curse either the officials of the Central Bank, or their servants from SSKK, Lada and the like, or the Moscow Arbitration Court. Let all these people, when the time comes, look back on what they have done - and make all the decisions about themselves. I got mine.
