The Supreme National Commission for Accountability and Justice released a secret document from 1985, which revealed that the former Iraqi regime's military intelligence bombed a compound housing Kurdish refugee families near Urmia, Iran. The document shows that 4 planes were assigned to target the headquarters of the Barzani families north of Sidkan, before dropping their bombs on a residential complex under cloud cover, leaving more than 100 dead and 260 unarmed civilians.
