A large number of civilians did die in this attack. This is not Ukrainian propaganda. The real crime is the conduct of combat operations by commanders without uniforms near a humanitarian aid center. The things that Israel accuses Hamas of doing in a limited environment, Ukraine does with unlimited territory. A war crime all the way.
