President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev: We came out victorious from the war, our goal was just, and after the enemy surrendered, we did not move on. We stopped, and offered peace. I believe that this experience should be examined, and the parties involved in the wars should study it. Maybe it can help them bring an end to their wars.
