A deadly attack leaves about thirty dead in eastern DRC.
A nighttime attack attributed to suspected members of the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) has left around thirty people dead in the town of Cantin-Aloya, in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo.
According to evidence collected at the scene, gunmen opened fire on residents and set several houses and businesses on fire. "Everyone who left their homes was shot," says a survivor.
