A fourth winter returned to Gaza during the war, bringing more hardships and tragedies to displaced Palestinians living in temporary shelters.
According to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), approximately 121,000 tents are still needed to provide shelter for displaced Palestinians throughout the Gaza Strip.
