These claims come as an extension of previous propaganda that preceded the occupation regarding the presence of headquarters for the leadership of the movement inside hospitals it previously occupied, before the falsehood of these claims was exposed, while international institutions are currently operating within those hospitals.

These claims fall within the framework of a systematic and ongoing Israeli campaign of incitement and misinformation, which is used to justify damage to hospitals and civilian facilities, and is used as a pretext for continued aggression.
